It does appear he may have been hit behind the head. Watching live, when he complained to the ref, it seemed ridiculous. But watching back, he may have a valid gripe.

However, it's part of the game and nothing can be done about it now. If Stiverne ever wants to be relevant again, he needs to get a few wins and hope he can luck into an eliminator in a year or two (which he'd likely lose).
