By the way, another double standard on display. If any other fighter does 600K viewership it's called a flop!

Impressive is it not? Wilder doing Klitshcko vs. A.J numbers with Bumane, I sense your butthurt, did you see 50 cent walking King Deontay out? and as you mentioned a good undercard at a affordable rate ; not like that bum undercard A.J put on lol! still laughing picturing Dillian Shyte vs. Helenius!

This is why Joshua name is great for you. The moment they attached that name to Wilder his viewership numbers went up, this is how to sell/build a fight.

I agree. Nobody will watch it over here. Wilder would finally be involved in a sell out as travelling fans will sell out whatever arena. Most folks that root for Wilder too cheap to buy tickets and they wouldn't be free for this.

TV viewings will not be good so I doubt Wilder's promotional team can pony up the $15-20m that Joshua makes and Wilder's inevitable wanting 50% of the purse. They barely pay him $1m so they can't afford $40m no way.

At least over there they can sell 90k seats, sell millions of PPV's and get the same average numbers on Showtime. Hearn could pay Joshua his $15-20m and Wilder could get $3-4m.

False Deontay broke over a Million way before even with Bermane back in 2015 and continued to do over a million after that in other fights. A.J has yet to do over a million in America...but I could be wrong.....hmm nah I think I'm right.

So Wilder is the biggest star in Boxing? Got it. Wow, this sport is in trouble.

Yes, because he was fighting on basic cable not premium. Put Wilder on premium cable at lunchtime and see what he draws.

Cheer up lad, if A.J had some balls he would of been doing better numbers in America ; maybe if he decided to fight 'Big-baby' in the U.S.A he might come close to doing Wilder numbers.

False, Wilder fought Bermane on Showtime in their first encounter which is a premium channel and it broke a million when Wilder was just a contender and Bermane was never a draw -- please do not post if you are too broke to afford Showtime or HBO.

Too funny. Who is 50-Cent? A failed promoter and used to be rapper.

AJ earned ten times more than Wilder in his last fight. Had a live audience 7 times that of Wilder. Has 8x more Twitter followers. He has 13 product endorsements that includes Under Armour, Jaguar, and Stub Hub. As your hero Floyd would say...Wilder is B-side all the way.
