    Junior lightweight contenders Yuriorkis Gamboa and Jason Sosa will square off on Nov. 25, Golden Boy Promotions announced Monday morning. The 10 round bout will take place at Madison Square Garden in New York City and will open a three-bout HBO telecast. In the main event, Sergey Kovalev and Vyacheslav Shabranskyy will battle in a 12 round bout for the WBO light heavyweight title.

    I once thought gamboa was the truth and become one of the best of this era total shock hes your average top 10 fighter now you just never know in this sport

      Believe it or not I never believed in Gamboa’s hype. Although he was flashy, he had glaring fundamental flaws and i figured it would be a matter of time before somebody exposed him. He always had a horrible habit of moving straight back with hands down / chin exposed but those bums he has fought earlier weren’t good enough to make him pay.

                lol ill be betting on sosa with this one cant wait to see the odds. im a big gamboa fan but this has KO written all over it. hes gonna look decent show his flashy combos then hes gonna get caught and dropepd and his arms go all over and his eyes roll back.

                  Gamboa would’ve been so much better off just disappearing after his last loss. Maybe he really doesn’t want to go out that way, or maybe he just needs the money. Either way, this can further the embarrassment. Damn shame. Practically everyone feels his was a colossally wasted talent.

                    ...don't be too quick to write Gamboa off yet, Sosa is another nuyorican hype job...hopefully I get power by then to watch the fight...Gamboa by TKO!!
