maldonado's record was padded as hell and Vic's opposition hasn't been great. Hussein Hussein is better than anyone has faced. but in Vics defense he has been impressive in knocking out poor opposition as he should. i think when he gets in there w/ a slick boxer he gets schooled. if he moved up and fought Castillo he would get schooled sic. between him and arce it's a toss up i'd say though that i'd favor Arce because he can adjust and doesn't have to rely on his power ALL the time.

Diosdado Gabi- Who the hell did he ever beat. Was he even ranked in the top 30.

Luis Maldonado- This guys record is even more padded than Gabi's.
He never fought anybody even in the top 30. And he even had a draw with a bum.

Irene Pacheco- He was never the top man in the division Eric Morel was and he was beaten by Lorenzo Parra. Take a look at Irene Pacheco's record his best win is against that D level Angel Priolo a guy that Arce blew away in 3 rounds. It gets better take a look at who he beat to get his IBF belt Luis Cox Coronado a guy with a record of 9-4-2.
