Comments Thread For: Fury: I Played With Klitschko in His Backyard, I'll School Joshua!

If he can get himself back in top shape, former world champion Tyson Fury (25-0, 18 KOs) believes he is fully capable of taking out IBF, IBO, WBA world champion Anthony Joshua (20-0, 20 KOs). Fury has been out of the ring for nearly two years, since he dominated Wladimir Klitschko back in November 2015 in Germany - in what was a major upset - to capture the WBA, IBO, IBF, WBO titles.

easier said than done when you're about 350 lbs..besides A.j won't be looking to hug for 12 rounds..he'll be throwing heavy leather at that chin of yours..you can balloon up all you want..you can't put weight on that chin..but it'll be intriguing to see big josh with a bigger mobile guy unlike breazeale and a pure boxer..I got A.j..fury's too inactive to cause problems for a steamrolling joshua

Losing the weight is a battle itself, never mind getting fit enough to to be in fighting form. I like Fury, but I just don't see him pulling it off.

Big if on if he can get himself in shape. In reality your only hearing from Fury because AJ and Wilder have just fought their mandatories back to back. He usually pipes up with this return stuff whenever AJ has a fight on the horizon.

Not sure, something seems afoot. Hearn offering to help him out with his drug issues, talking about setting timelines. Them both being sat on that front row in Monaco. We could be set for an almighty summer cash grab.

I agree and at this stage I just can't see him even getting it off.He ought to save this talk until he even looks half right.

Fury has been showing up to support Chisora whenever he fights decent opponents for the last couple years I think it's probably down to that.

Meanwhile Hearn is talking up a Fury fight because for reasons known to him, he absolutely doesn't fancy AJ getting in the ring with Wilder. I'd have respect for Tyson a lot more if he was in respectable shape whilst mouthing off.
