Which was a more impressive win?

AJ's win of Klitchko or Wilder's win over Stiverne (2nd fight).

    On the Klitchko win:

    klitschko was 41. stirverne 39.

klitschko was coming off a loss. stirverne was coming off a win.

when we look at the facts beating stirverne was a much better win.

Who did Klitchko lose to and who did Stiverne beat?

          AJ's obviously.

Not quite sure that the quotes in the OP say otherwise.

He claimed the Stiverne win was impressive but completely played down AJ's win over Klitchko. Go to the respective threads and see for yourself.

In particular pay attention as to why he played down one fight

I've read both, and they are mutually exclusive. Joshua over Klitschko isn't a great win given the circumstances, but a very good one. That doesn't mean it isn't impressive, or more impressive than Stiverne.

              Context matters.

...Are you really going to argue semantics when it's clear as day what he meant? If you cant see the hypocrisy thats on you.

Nah, you're reading too much into it. Gotta take off the AJ fanboy glasses.

Just imagine what Larry would have said if Wilder got the win over Klit. He would have called it one of the best HW fights of the decade and crowned Wilder the King of boxing.
