that was a tough one to watch, joanna was my favorite also...the card overall though was real good, lots of upsets, all the belts changed hands ..i got every pick wrong in the main 3 title fights.

I was blasphemously picking against GSP even though im Canadian lol ..4 year lay off, move up in weight , championship fight, tons of new anti drug measures in ufc now a days..what a legend

Since the May/McGregor fight, I now completely discredit the punching ability of all MMA fighters in regards to speed, power and ability to take a hit.

That being said, still a cool clip and smart of GSP to hook up with a proper boxing trainer.

Try getting hit with a 4oz gloves. It's not as easy either to block compared to 16oz gloves.

Spar with boxing gloves and then mma ones and then come back to me.

gsp looks juiced to the gills. he was tiring fast and was fortunate to hurt bisping and finish that fight. it wasn't looking good for him if he had to go 5.

I truly believe GSP retired because he had to lay off the juice. Good win but it was against the lowest hanging fruit on the entire UFC championship roster.

same, last few cards i watched have been pretty meh..minus demetrious johnsons crazy submission and darren till coming out of no where looking BEAST

you're right man, Ive always been a GSP hater though. I did see gas tank issues with GSP and an inability to pin a guy down like he used to but that may very well have been cage rust and fighting a bigger guy. I have a feeling the UFC is going to try to make GSP vs. Mcgregor at a catchweight.

They've been working together for sometime now and it looks like his hands have improved. In his comeback fight last night, up a division, he slipped a right then landed this hook.

Which eventually led to the strangulation finish. Great job by Roach in improving a predominantly wrester/grapplers hands enough to win the MW title! Great press for boxing as well!

It was crazy seeing fredmund roach working the corner of gsp in a ufc cage.

Even crazier seeing gsp actually use his boxing and knock someone down hard. I never thought gsp would stand and **** thought he would jab feint shoot for a takedown and repeat.
