Understood. I was getting too optimistic about the thaw between Arum and Haymon; that just maybe they would make Wilder-Parker if it made Business Sense.

He made $1.4 mil yesterday and was demanding $7 mil to fight Whyte. Delusional.

Where was this guy and fans like him when Stevenson went to showtime for 2.5m for a single fight with fonfara vs 2.5m for fonfara, kovalev, and options on his third fight with HBO??? Where was this guy and fans like him when Canelo was being ridiculed for having a money fight with khan, showing his popularity in Texas with smith, and involved in an all Mexican ppv clash with Chavez jr instead of fighting ggg for legacy???? Oh that's right. They were busy calling these guys ducks and cowards for making money. Yet when it comes to aj vs wilder, ggg vs ward, etc..... somehow everyone suddenly understands the business of boxing. The fanboyism in this sport is sickening.

The other poster beat me to it. But Parker isn't going to fight Wilder before Joshua for the reasons detailed before me.

This is a valid point. It doesn't need to be Whyte to sell Wilder to the UK market.

I do agree that if Wilder wants to be paid much at all he needs to bring more to the table than he currently does. Nobody in the UK knows who the f*** he is.

Problem with Wilder taking on Parker is that if AJ needs another opponent he's likely to want Parker too, and that's a no-brainer choice for Parker.

Speed kills. AJ is obviously insecure about size that's why he is bulking up full of muscle he thinks that his muscle is going to win him the fight

That weight advantage is ******, in the contrary, is a disadvantage

That fuking weight advantage is bull sh¡t. In the contrary, all those muscle are your worst enemy in boxing. Wilder have those same defensive flaws when he thrown that wild right arm like a hammer, Joshua can capitalize that, If he intelligent enough to counter that. I like that jab following with a straight right hand with speed of Wilder. That combination alone can give Joshua problems, especially the movement. Joshua have to time and counter Wilder to take advantage of the defensive flaws of Wilder. Both fighters have weak chin and can KO each other. I have the fight 50/50. If the fight drag out to the second half, then, the fight become a 60/40 in favor of Wilder.

Povetkin always took meldonium btw.. it was just never on the banned list. Sharapova took it for years in tennis too..

I have no problem in giving wilder plaudits when theyre deserved.. but just because i dont slurp all over him because hes a black american with a belt and your only HW hope doesnt mean im wrong when i criticize him either.

                Cya...
He fought Spilka because Pedvetkin asked the wbc for an extention. The wbc had ordered Wilder-Povetkin to take place on January 4th but Pedvetkin said he wasn't ready and asked for extention till May. Dude WTF EVERYONE knows this? Defaq is wrong with you?

Washington was a tune up coz Wilder just got back from a torn bicept and a broken right hand operation. Again, EVERYONE knows this ****. Defaq is wrong with you? It's also because #2 tested positive for roids so he had to fight Washington on short notice.

Stop talking rubbish. Povetkin tested clean of Meldonium THREE times before he was popped. That PROVES he was still taking it even after it was banned otherwise it would have shown up in the FIRST THREE tests that it didn't show up.

You don't know shieet man. You act like you do but you clearly you don't. Keep exposing yourself.

So Wilder calls out Joshua and Hearn says he wants AJ to fight a 450 drug addict and the unknown, stepping-stone Parker. Almost surprised Hearn isn't talking up Shannon Briggs. Anyone but the Bomb Squad.

Hate on Wilder all you want, but everyone knows there are only two heavyweights who mean anything and one is Wilder and the other is running scared of Wilder. There is no denying that. AJ might ko Wilder if he ever grows the cahones to get in there with him, too bad for us fans AJ is scared. After last night, that performance probably just pushed AJ back to 2019 at the earliest.

The problem is Wilder has been calling out Parker too. Parker has also made it clear that he is not fighting Wilder anytime soon. People everywhere no who Wilder is. He is the heavyweight as tall and rangy as a Klitschko with the power, speed, and killer instinct of a young Mike Tyson. Wilder is the guy AJ is ducking. Wilder is the one who Hearn is always asked about by the British press. Wilder has been calling out all the top guys for years. Tyson Fury, Parker, Joshua, Ortiz, Povetkin and Wlad when he was still king of the division.

None of them will fight him, so he is stuck with hopeless mandatories like Stiverne and Brazeale. And even with an extremely vicious 1st round beat down, he gets no credit.

Fanboys make excuses. AJ and Hearn make excuses. Champions make fights. Fans of boxing want the two best in heavyweight and every other division to fight each other. I want to see AJ-Wilder. Wilder wants to fight AJ. Now the AJ fanboys have many excuses why to duck Wilder, but dress AJ however you want and he is still a duck.
