One thing I got from this fight was that Showtime doesn't really have that explosive power, Granados took his biggest shots and kept coming.

Porter does a lot of wrestling & crap, plus the ref did a poor job like most agree, but Granados was outclassed.

Granados needs to move back down. I had it 8-4 and he gave a good account for himself against a big Welter but he should know he was there as an opponent.

Porter doesnt know how to box, his father is his trainer and hindered his learning, has kenny porter trained any other top level fighters?

Remember porter when he first started all he did the entire fight was jump up and down on his toes, later he adapted s wrestling style because he knew he didnt have a chance tombox in the classical sense so he used rough wild tactics to take advantage of size, that style failed against kell brook, it only works on smaller guys

It's not good when a ref takes an obvious side. Granados really needs to go back to 140 though. Hopefully he gets more good opportunities.

The ref was terrible the whole fight, but later on when porter was hurt turning his back n running, the ref was pulling Granados off, looking like he wanted to fight him

All in all I felt porter won, but Granados has a right to be mad from 6 on porter was in bicycle mode, getting stung n broke down out there, u can't aggressively target lww then cry injury when he catches good work...Porter has to rematch this fight....

I really need to watch the fight??? Why was the ref so biased in your opinion??? Im hoping it had nothing to do with race???

If Granados took his time and actually set up his attacks instead of bum rushing, he could've won this fight.

Everything Porter threw at him, Granados had an answer for and he took everything very well.

He needs to keep his hands up higher he was blocking punches with his face. Good fight though. If Granados fights that way against any of the top welterweights though, he loses decisions. He can't fight that way at this weight. He gets too excited in big fights. He needs to settle down and set up his attacks, with an emphasis on jabs, tighten up his defense, and he would do fine.

I thought Shawn won 9-3 but didn't understand what i was seeing the last two rounds of the fight. Porter was hurt or gassed. Or both.

I had the same scorecard. It was entertaining but I thought Porter clearly won. Granados' interview was disappointing also.

It seems like Porter won decently decisively but didn't put on a good showing at all and his lack of skills/poise was on full display.

You must be porters fan club leader. Porter cant box, he just smothers you with his size.
