He is a good writer and knows boxing well both past and present. I enjoy reading his column on boxing scene and would read whatever he wrote. I respect his opinion and he is usually right.

Outstanding boxing journalist with great insights. I think he's "too real" for the mainstream as they usually feel more comfortable with people who conform to the popular opinion (look who Ring hires).
I'd love to see the Breadman get on bigger platforms though. He'd educate a lot of fans with not only the "hows", but the "whys" too.

Breadman's one of the best out there in my book. Dude's knowledgeable, comes across as fair minded and unbiased and clearly loves and lives the sport. He has his favourites, sure, which ain't always to everyone's taste, but doesn't play favourites if you catch my drift... also he has quite a deft touch when it comes to responding to people with an axe to grind or an agenda, which I also respect about him.

Yes good points I am still a fan of THE RING(unleast until they JUST hired the biggest hater in boxing dougie fisher as new editor in chief)or at least that's the story since they obv fired M Rosenthal.Breadman would be great guy to run THE RING.I think he is REALLY good.

Stephen Edwards is the only boxing writer/analyst who i pay attention to.
