As much as I hate the World Bull**** Committee,& all their cheating policies;& as much as I think them allowing Ortiz to get away with cheating is a disgrace,the one thing someone cannot say is that him becoming mandatory to Wilder is somehow a cherrypick so Wilder can fight a bum.
