Boxing some in the ams is not as bad as football for over whole body.I say its a great way to learn discipline,hard work,respect.Just make sure you are around because its very common even for "green" fighters to get used in gyms.Other guys are lookin to get their kid work and don't always care if their opp is just takin a beating(which don't teach you much after1 maybe lol)But really if you cant be in gym you just wanna make sure their got a GOOD trainer.Somone who will make sure he is learin to box and not just get learnin to get your azz kicked.which only really teaches you how to get your azz kicked lol.
