Thats why Team Wilder jumped away from dangerous Ortiz to make the save Stiverne fight.

Sounds like he's in just for the payday boxing needs to get wise when a fighter does not put forth a good effort and have the ability some how to hold back part of his purse if an honest effort is not given to win...

In shape Takam a much better opponent for Joshua than out of shape Stiverne for Wilder. Wilder has twice as much fights than Joshua but his opposition is very poor. Takam,Breazeale & Klitschko would have given Wilder trouble.

Casuals obviously aren't going to care if Wilder wins but boxing fans will.

That would wipe the biggest fight in the division out. Other than Tyson Fury who is currently the size of a manatee.

Our PPV's are fixed price. There isn't a sliding scale of prices for quality of opponent. AJ knocking you out would cost us as much as him and Wilder getting it on. No brainer!

Thats an excuse man. Wilder never really wanted a real challenge outside of the big money fights against Joshua or Fury. He is protected for a reason.

Joshua vs Fury is a bigger fight than Joshua vs Wilder. Fury is known worldwide while nobody knows Wilder outside of boxing.

It's pretty apparent that Stiverne is treating this as no more than a retirement paycheck. I imagine he bulked up for two reasons, one because he didn't train hard and two because he expects it will help him absorb a bunch of Wilder's punches. I feel sorry for anyone who actually pays to see a real competitive boxing match. No enough quality , dedicated fighters to go around and support all the heavyweight world title belts and it's rare to see two actual champions fight each other anymore. Gone are the days of Ali,Frazier, Foreman, Norton, Liston, Shavers and Lyle. We're left with this kind of competition
