Now I see this clear. They suspended Luis Ortiz for the mandatory spot to fight Anthony Joshua. They are trying to get Luis Ortiz more old and the next thing happen ****, Luis Ortiz is come back the #1 WBA ranking magically and feed him to Anthony Joshua for the purpose to make Anthony Joshua looking good beating the boogeyman of the heavyweight division.
