When the Mikey Garcia-Adrien Broner fight was announced, Adrian Granados thought Broner would beat Garcia. Granados changed his mind the day before they fought. "I picked Broner to beat Mikey Garcia, but then when I saw the way he looked at the weigh-in, I picked Mikey right there

Interesting observation, But i think Mikeys counters made Broner gun shy.

That's because Mikey has more power and and better overall boxer than you Granado. When you're in there with a world class fighter, they could make you change your entire game plan. Everybody has a plan, 'till they get punched; Especially if that punch is coming from a guy of Mikey's caliber.

i've never seen people make so many excuses for an unlikable fighter.

        "if broner just..."

no, broner is what he is. and whatever potential he had [and it was obviously overrated for reasons i'm about to talk about,] was never realized because he was a complete nutcase outside of the ring and never dedicated.

never had the potency at his real weights, 140 or even 147. at 130 he looked like he was a monster because he was fighting smaller guys who couldn't take his power, hurt him, or sometimes even reach him. what natural jr ww or ww isn't goign to look like a monster against jason litzau? 4'2" gavin reese? eloy perez?

Broner did look like **** on the scales, but he would've lost no matter the weight imo. The fight could've been at 147 and we'd get the same outcome.

Broner needs to work on his work rate. All you have to do is out work him and he won't throw a single punch!!! It seems like he's scared to go all out and exchange!! I like and hate watching him fight at the same time!! You'll see the potential he has and then get frustrated when he waits and waits AND WAITS to throw a punch or a combination!! I don't know why he won't switch trainers Hekk even Roger Mayweather offered to help him out! He's just an idiot!!!!!... I'll still watch him fight though lol

Hes soo much better when he fights with headgear on. As soon as he takes it off he's scared to engage. Only problem is you cant have headgear on in pro fights lol.
