Looking at the present, I don't believe a tenth of what Wilder says NOW. Geez, this guy acts like the world revolves on the Wilder Axis. Even at 40%, which is all he deserves, he still ends up with several times his top pay ever. And likely double than since there would very likely be a rematch clause. The issue is that Matchroom have to make Wilder the offer or the fight wont happen. Ever. Depending what Wilder is saying it at that time sometimes he wants a foreign promoter to make him an offer to fight a foreigner in his home country ffs.

If Americans actually liked boxing than this fight would be at least 50% easier to make.
