why don't you get off my posts already you bi polar unstable Canelo groupie? I'm the hypocrite yet you're the one who has been proven wrong over and over and over again. I am fully aware of gggs level of opponents and have never denied it, but you act as if these guys that Canelo fought would've fought ggg. Other than Lara who had called out ggg, you think Floyd, cotto or trout would've fought ggg at any point over the last 3 yrs?? You should know that a fighters popularity is what determines the ease ay which they can land fights. Nobody will decline a fight with Canelo, ggg on the other hand was considered too risky with not enough reward. As far as canelo vs ggg, anybody with common sense knows which group wanted that fight to happen and which group pushed it back until they felt it was a more winnable fight. Canelo was very fortunate to get a draw vs a version of ggg that is in his mid 30s and showing signs of slipping. What do you think would've happened 2 yrs ago?
A-Side, he doesnt sale tickets, he fought on BET, B-Side. This is sht They stole from team GGG ward for practically ward.Comment

At first, Canelo was saying that he didn't want any other fight before a rematch with Golovkin. Now, we hear Oscar talking about how difficult it is to negotiate a fight and how Canelo is young, has options and in no hurry. What's that I smell? I've smelled it many times before....oh yeah, it's PUSSY!!Comment

Canelo and Brook had to move up for a fight with GGG but he never had to move up for any REAL fights in his prime and when the division was DOG SHT ran with #1 mando's...Tureno Johnson, Blanco, Gimpy Heiland, House Arrest Wade, Lemuix, Colonel Saunders..
Aint Canelo fault hes so young and started pro at 139 lbs.Comment

Ugh the trolls on this site, more concerned with attacking Golovkin than wanting to see the best fight the best. This is an obvious rematch and there is a rematch clause so there is nothing really to negotiate.
If Canelo swerves it's a clear duck, even if it's ODH's fault and even if 2% spammers on this site make a hundred nonsense posts otherwise.Comment

Also rtard 2 years ago Canelo wasnt even a MW Champion... He didnt fight Cotto until 3 weeks from now two years ago you dope....

Okay, fair enough. I'm not even gonna argue with you on what you said cause your right on most of it.
But let me clarify a few things. Oscar fought everyone, old or young so let's not act like fighting Chavez twice was a cherry pick. He fought Trinidad, Moseley, Mayweather and Pacquiao all in their prime and the first three undefeated. He took on all comers.
As a promoter I'll admit he contradicts himself half the ****ing time! Even I get annoyed by some of the shet he says and I wish he would just keep his ****ing mouth shut! But let's face it, most of the ****ing promoters out there are ****ing snakes! As far as him postponing fights and marinating fights and dropping belts well it's all business moves. Yeah it's annoying that the fights aren't happening when the fans want them to happen but I will never hate on a man for trying to fatten up his pockets! And that goes for every man, whether I like him or not.
And no I'm not a businessman and I'm not getting any money out of it but I'm not a groupie either.
I just see things from their perspective. A man's gotta do what's best for him and do what's gonna make him the most money. Nothing wrong with that.
And of course I'm gonna back up Oscar and Canelo cause they are Mexican. I'm Mexican too and I ride with my own. Just like you're gonna ride with your own. Nothing wrong with that. I'll always ride with a Mexican/latino to the fullest.
And that goes for everything.
I see a Mexican/latino getting jumped by two whites or two blacks then **** yeah Imma jump in. I don't care if IDK them. That's who I am.Comment

valid points. And I did acknowledge that aside from the Chavez situation, he did fight everyone. Didn't always make it easy to make the fights but he got in the ring with them and more often than not, at their best. I personally just hate seeing young prime fighters beating a past prime legend and celebrate like they beat them at their peak. Hated seeing khan do it with barrera, hated seeing those euro dudes do it with Roy Jones, etc. As far as being biased, we all do it to an extent if there is nationalistic pride involved. I've always been a cotto fan but I'll be the first to admit that the dude was the biggest diva and made ****** demands. But at the end of the day, he fought most fighters at their best (other than Sergio martinez). With Canelo, I wanted his fight with ggg to be while both were considered to be atop their games. I know ggg is slipping but he's still one of the best. Waiting another yr, letting ggg get into his late 30s, and fighting the saunders vs lemieux winner instead first, lessens the validity of really seeing who the better fighter is. Just like with Floyd vs pac. Yeah Floyd won clean when they fought but I'm sure we all wonder what would've happened if that fight had happened when pac was running through Oscar, hatton and Cotto as opposed to the version who was splattered by Marquez.
So in that perspective I can understand why fighters and promoters do the moves they makes. Doesn't mean I like it or agree with it but I understand it.Comment

I honestly don't have a problem with this. Canelo fights the winner of BJS-Lemieux and GGG takes a mandatory.
If they both win then they can fight late 2018 for all the belts.Comment
