Povetkin vs Ortiz (all PED's allowed)

    Inspired by the other thread.

Pump them both full of the best gear on the market and set em on each other. Who wins?

Favoring Povetkin, his ability to slip and counter the jab simultaneously is unparalleled in the heavyweight division. Povekin is the most skilled HW IMO the only thing that disadvantage him is his size and the ped's allegations.

Bunch of naive individuals acting like only these two are on PED in the modern era of 21st century whilst others are somehow fully clean. The delusion is for real! There's no need to add in 'PED allowed' as part of the stipulation as practically every elite athlete is on PED. Even for some of the elite boxers of their recent bouts, most were most likely on PED for their recent bouts.

Anyway, this bout isn't going to come down to PED. It's going to come down to style and abilities and despite both being fairly evenly matched in skills, Alexander Povetkin has the stylistic match up advantage in my opinion. His high volume pressure fighting style will cause Luis Ortiz to be overwhelmed in the end.

Forget the PED issue, this would be one heck of fight.

I think Ortiz vs Povetkin would be fight of the year.

King Kong has power certainly, and I think it will come down to his stamina. If Povetkin can start grinding him down, I think Ortiz's age and "blood pressure" will come into play. Certainly fight of the year.

LMAO quality thread bro. I'm serious, good one.

I think I'll take Povetkin in this one. If no PED's then I'd probably go with Luis Ortiz.

Yeah I'm with you. Lean towards Ortiz but not confident about that pick.
