Height + Bone density make a big difference when you're like 5'2"-5'3".

In other words, Chocolatito is not that great of a fighter historically. Just shows you the greatness of Manny Pac - I mean these fighters can't even move up 3 pounds without giving up all of their physical advantages - and Manny Pac went from fighting and weighing-in under 100 lbs to 151 and won the fight at 151 against the guy Mayweather ducked to fight Baldomir...

We have overly inflated standards for the real greats and we have low-expectations for the newcomers. I think this new generation of fans are used to being taught to be victims, etc. That old school "suck it up and take it like a man" mentality is gone.

If Chocolatito moves down to 112, then he might as well just have a farewell fight and retire - that division is a ghost town. I'd rather he move up to 118 if he's going to duck the current champ list at 115. Fighting at 112 again proves nothing.

Yafai is not very impressive. I would pick Chocolatito to beat him even coming off knockout loss.

Bantam weight is more difficult than the higher weight!

@ 115 you have P4P entrants in Gonzalez, Rungvisai, Estrada, Inoue -- what other weight division has that?! and thats not even considering the contenders.
Burnett about right for his division, no? Considering hes in there with 2 Giants and a minotaur

That's good advice. I would rather him retire, but if he's going to fight on it needs to be at a lower weight

              He can't make 112 again.

              Himself said that.

              It's impossible.

He was draining himself a lot to make 112 pounds.

It's like say that Canelo need to move to 154. Impossible right now.

Yafai isn't a KO artist and would be a winnable for Gonzalez at his best, he just needs to rebuild first
I agree. Chocolatito looked like a beaten man before the first punch was thrown in the Sor Rungvisai rematch. Even the announcers noticed it in the pre-fight interview the day before. If he can't shake that lack of confidence, he's done. But also, the amount of punches he's taken recently may have taken their toll. The little guys don't last long.

Just retire. Even before the last fight started, I said he looked old and swollen. He has to quit now.

Dude, virtually everybody's at least got Manny in their top 20-25. I don't think anybody is putting Chocolatito in that realm, so what's the issue?

No one's claiming that Chocolatito is on Manny's level
