That's a joke. Miller or Wilder KO Haye Whyte Chisora Bellew Fury and Joyce with ease. Joyce has potential but he needs to be brought up slowly.

As someone brought up recently can Joshua GET Parker first or does this mean we gotta wait for longer than a year to see Joshua vs Wilder which is the preferred fight for most fans?

Parker's side has recently said they aren't fighting til Feb/Mar & it won't be Joshua. Believe someone said they are looking at or already planning to fight Lucas Browne of all people lol. Plus they aren't happy with what Hearn is offering (20% apparently, which I believe is what Pulev got in his pre-PPV cut, idk the post-PPV cut).

LOL fans are always ****** like that. Boxing is kinda ****** like that. "Why would we fight (name of some other title holder), he don't deserve the fight" *Proceeds to fight a guy even LESS DESERVING to fight him*. LMFAO. Thats how boxing works far too often & its kinda hilarious regardless of who you are for or against cuz so many mfers do it to the tune of "marination".

When fights are big enough the theory is its better to fight lesser guys to build up your &/or your opponents name over more time vs just fighting now & making the best fight possible.

Ultimately its a risky proposition either way cuz you are lessening money by fighting too soon or risking a guy losing or looking bad & destroying the upside of a fight completely by marinating, but I'd argue more often than
not that if the two guys are far & away the top guys right now that the better option would just to fight each other now so if things work out best we can get a rematch or trilogy out of it sooner & we build up one or both guys name up sooner to maximize profit overall & over a greater period of time by just creating a bigger spectacle sooner to get the casuals on the bandwagon sooner. Thats just my theory doe.

Team Parker will demand crazy money to cash out!

Parker's own coach doesn't believe Joe can beat Wilder or Joshua!

It's the fact Joshua brings lots of money so the reward is more than the risk!

Heard Parker will be fighting Lucas Browne, who should be banned and then Bryant Jennings before he fights Joshua!

Excuse my French, but *** me! They need to make the Wilder fight next, who knows if either can keep winning for another year, both have too many flaws for eventually someone to not capitalize!

Browne has withdrawn from the Kuzmin fight according to BoxRec so I reckon Duco has tapped him up and offered him more money (it's a big fight in Oceania). Shame because I was looking forward to seeing Kuzmin tested and potentially announcing his arrival on the world stage

If I had to guess I'd say that we'll get Wilder vs Whyte, Parker vs Browne and Joshua vs Miller next, much to everyone's disappointment. As for Kuzmin if the Browne fight really is off, maybe Otto Wallin or something

I'd actually like the Joshua vs Big Baby fight if that ends up being next. I mentioned in another thread that I think Big Baby has some decent upset potential vs Joshua with how Joshua tends to slow down later & with how Big Baby seems to keep his power for the whole fight with his rather measured approach. A bit of a turtle vs the hare kinda feel to that matchup to me. Not going full throttle on a Big Baby win or anything, but I think its a interesting fight.

Wilder vs Whyte is pretty garbage doe & Parker vs Browne is highly garbage. That said I think Wilder can lose to a lot of guys so all his fights tend to be fun to watch for that reason & honestly Parker should probably be fighting Browne type guys more than Joshua type guys still as much as most fans don't wanna talk about stuff like that.

I mean even with the title Parker has I feel sorta like I feel about Tank or now Machado at 130 in that they should be fighting each other more than they should be fighting Loma or Berchelt & Loma vs Berchelt is the fight that should be happening there (obviously assuming no network/promoter bs was involved) & lets let the younger less experienced guys get a lil more seasoning at the elite level.

Thats how I feel about Parker kinda, but then again there is too much money at HW usually for this kinda thought to really become how things operate for very long.

I agree. It seems that one party is afraid to lose though.

It was definitely a premature stoppage but come on dude, be real. The ref and those involved were more concerned with Joshua's 100% KO ratio being affected than him losing the fight. Takam was tough as nails and showed crazy heart but he wasn't doing any damage, except with his head, and even with Joshua tiring, he wouldn't just held and leaned on Takam when necessary to get through the last couple of rounds. No way was Takam about to KO Joshua.
