Wrong. They have always been keen on that fight. No one turns down a multi million pay days to fight robot AJ , not even plumbers and bouncers.

Unfortunately the guys who would be solid got popped for PEDs, (Ortiz and Povetkin).

Although... Povetkin may have that shot at Parker soon as long as he stays clean and no one in his training camp decides to juice up the drinks.

Of course, we are due for a surprise and Stiverne may get his fat ass in shape and knock out chicken legs Wilder.

Too bad Pulev got hurt and Takam only had a few weeks notice. With a full camp and with fair ref he had a chance to knock AJ. At the very least if not for that Early Stoppage, AJ would lose his KO streak. lol

Its okay though, will only give more glory to the guy who does stop AJ.
We don't know how good those guys are without PEDs though. Look at Ortiz against Scott or Povetkin against Huck. They don't look like they beat AJ to me. I can't see the guy who beats him regardless of him being unfinished. The only guys are in retirement.

Parker only had to wait and he was next in line for AJ. He took Ruiz instead. Parkers fought no one and looked average doing it. AJ may have laboured with Takam, but he won every round. Parker had life and death with him,Ruiz and Fury. He's a level below.

So AJ looked ‘terrible’ whilst approximately 7-2 +1KD ahead against a fighter that - in my opinion at least - beat Parker? I know it’s just business, but that boy a dumbass.

Ok. I bet your one of the butt hurt guys that was saying takam would only last a few rounds. Get off the AJ hype train the wheels are clearly falling off after that terrible performance.

AJ just lucky takam could barely see for most of the fight.

If your questioning the credibility of 25 year old parkers record, then you need to do some research.

This. Wasn’t an impressive fight and was definitely an early stoppage but that doesn’t change that Takam was a bloody mess and would have been a unanimous loser; whilst against Parker it was a marginal decision.
