Katie is fighting at 135. Holly was fighting at 135 before. Then she moved up to 145, I still think she can make 135 though. Fight with Katie Taylor would be good if Holm has a few tune ups in boxing.

1. Holy is a Star as a boxer and MMA, on MMA there few thing she still need to learn , And every one know that, she need to learn ,how to quick close distance when time is there, is where I see she is weaker.. On distance she already know no need to learn on her gifted talent.

Katie Taylor is one of my favorite boxers right now.

I say tune up because she’s been doing MMA for the past few years, which has less focus on boxing. Would need to get back into rhythm of throwing punches only. Those factors you mentioned though definitely favour Katie right now.
