Crawford's path to Super Stardom will be if he starts doing **** and whips out a 14-inch rainbow colored ****. Outside of that, he needs to be matched with other big names and win big. I see Crawford as a second coming of Tommy Hearns--only without the one-punch KO pop. Great fighter, but absolutely no charisma or personality to make him the face of boxing.

He already is a star. He's been to Africa twice on humanitarian missions. Regularly visits children in the hospital. Runs his own boxing gym in the epicenter of drug and gun violence in North Omaha. All this and more with an illustrious professional career. Sells out the Century Link Center in Omaha, Nebraska and an hour down the road at the Pinnacle Bank arena in Lincoln, Nebraska. Crawford has skills but I have to wonder how another jump in weight will affect him. Moving to welterweight also presents a big challenge as it seems the division is much more talented than the junior welters. Horn will be a good test for him, especially if he is forced to go down under where Horn will hold all the cards.

His option is fighting on ESPN/ABC THREE times a year. two of the last three guys Terence fought were Al Haymon guys.

That is not the case at 147lbs. Thurman, Danny Garcia, Errol Spence Jr, Shawn Porter, Kell Brook, Amir Khan, and others are already on the money without Crawford.

Crawford will fight three bums on ESPN, in an environment that the public won't really stand for Top Rank pissing on your leg and calling it rain.

Doesnt everyone need a marquee win to become a huge star like pacquiao or mayweather? Tell me who he could have fought at 135 and 140 that would have made him a global star? He pulled in big viewers on hbo and hes pulling big numbers in on espn. Fighting guys like gamboa, burns, postol, indongo ect. Unlike pbc fighters hes willing to fight high risk low reward fights. He cleared out both divisions and he will continue doing the same at 147. which will elevate him to that status. Keep hating all you want crawford is taking over the game
