Im talking the whole history of the sport imo Robinson has a chance to catch Roy with his own speed but i dought only if Roy got to over confident maybe and also Ezzard Charles could possible get lucky.
Who from 160 to 175 could possible beat a prime Roy Jones jr

Montel Griffin/Eddie Futch gave prime Roy Jones Jr a run for his money; a well-schooled fighter with ability, with a coach who they trust and knows the game, will find wholes in Roy's game to exploit.
Whether he'd win or not, Andre Ward/Virgil Hunter would give Jones Jr a hell of a fight.Comment

A prime Roy Jones was great and extremely hard to beat. Believe it or not Rocky Marciano could just as easily have fought at 175 although he never did fight as a light heavyweight. Marciano was bull strong, had an iron jaw and threw a ton of bombs every minute of every round. I saw a photo of him weighing in at 184 pounds in street clothes and shoes about 8 hours before a title defense. Since heavyweights can weigh any amount it's a safe bet that he was well fed and hydrated. Marciano weighed less than Charles in both fights and beat Charles both times, once by KO. He also KOed light heavyweight great Archie Moore who also outweighed him when they fought. So a 175 pound Marciano is my pick for a possible winner over the great prime Roy Jones. I am not saying Rocky would win for sure but I think he would have a good chance to win.Comment
