wbo has alway had their champions elevated to the number one spot when they go up to a new division,thats how they do it,this isn't the first time or the last,thats how the wbo works,if you were their champion when you vacate and move up you're the number one ranked contender,always,i actually like ths because that way if he's a good fighter the othr champion can't ignore him,he has to fight him

horn one of the worst champs out there,he's wide open with his punches,just terrible,crawford practicaly given the title,but hopefully he challenges the other good champs in the division and trys to unify like he did at 140,spence isn't indongo and thruman isn't postol,,these guys can box and punch

Check fight news site, cant link, was announced at the WBO seminar, not clear when the 90 days begin. Think Horns still fighting Corcoran
