Crawford is a BEAST but if anyone ducks anyone it will be Crawford ducking others. That's the top rank formula

"Now that Andre Ward has retired, Crawford is the No. 1-ranked fighter on most credible pound-for-pound lists."
        Interesting statement.

I guess the real question is are there ANY CREDIBLE pound for pound lists that are not agenda driven?
Heck most were reluctant to acknowledge Ward's status as a top dog in the P 4 P list.
Its now easy to give him some credit AFTER he has retired.

Serious question here. Any precedence of a fighter becoming the MANDATORY in a weight class he has NEVER fought in before?

I know, i know you can make a case for TC but is there any precedence for this?

        Sucks to be Jeff Horn!!

Any way to make the Charlos mandatory for any of boxing's diva champions: Canelo , GGG??

I believe Jermall is no.1 for the WBC but is he the MANDATORY?

Or do they have to have some one with DEEP pockets to make it happen?

The WBO is such a fraud, Crawford hasn’t even fought a welterweight yet. Crawford is going to destroy this paper champ though. Then Crawford will not have anyone else to fight unless his Master lets him come over and fight the PBC boys. I like Crawford and hopes he leaves Top Rank

The WBC did the same for the undeserving Amir Khan .Crawford is my man but I would like to see him do away with a top welter to earn his shot.I'm sure he would but that's not the point.Old 'yesterday I was Lying today i'm telling the truth' Bob!!! .....King of the coffin dodgers !

Hopefully it's on the West Coast. Easy fight for Bud and a nice foray into the division. It's funny to see the state of Boxing fans these days already claiming ducking. Crawford, like most fighters will fight anyone and he's out to be the best. PBC makes it hard to unify but I hope they are able to bring these fighters together. When Arum has a top dog he's usually willing to let them fight.

Which makes sense considering he was the 140 pound WBO champion. Should be a nice little scrap when it happens sometimes next year.

Horn wouod still be a ppv attraction if he dropped the belt and got a couple of fights between his next fight and Crawford, he doesn't need the WBO belt and they're only after his three percent of what is a huge purse he collects being a premier boxer in his country.

I think Crawford stops Horn, I don't see a hurry for him to face the Nebraskan.
