I already explained to Lou (AKA The Vegas Jizz Receptacle) that these "suspensions" are standard practice for certain state boxing commission. They are supposed to be for fighter safety but probably are simply there so no one can sue the commissions later over safety issues.

Anyone can go to boxrec, click on their favorite or not so favorite fighter, and come up with a list of these suspensions.

KO artists tend to have less, since they sustain less damage, but a match that goes the distance- even an easy one- will be a great candidate for one of these suspensions.
