How much % is Hearn giving him to start? Cuz the first problem with this is to Wilder that means if he beats Whyte it's 60/40 his way or better lol. And for Hearn I'd guess it means it's 55/45 or 60/40 Joshua so it's not as easy as Hearn is claiming by throwing out $10mill.

I think 70-30 is fair but Wilder has a big ego so he’d want more. Wilder doesn’t bring much apart from his belt. Forget splits.. Wilder should be happy with a guaranteed 15 to 20 mill. If he wants more then he has to build his name and the Whyte fight is perfect for that but he is refusing to fight Whyte. If AJ fights Parker in March and goes in to wilder fight with 4 belts.. Wilder only has his skinny legs to stand on.

Cuz Hearn thinks Whyte beats Wilder so he'll have a unifying uk hw title fight that's a rematch on his hands. That's why he's willing to over pay just like he did for Joshua vs Martin. That's my take anyway.

And worse case I think Hearn feels Whyte is good enough to have some success that'll help Joshua and his team come up a rock solid fight plan to win easier then they would going into it in early 2018.
