Comments Thread For: Anthony Joshua Feels Tyson Fury Fight is Still Very Much Possible

Anthony Joshua has refused to rule out the prospect of an all-British world heavyweight title clash with Tyson Fury despite the former champion's battle to return to the ring. Fury has not fought since beating Wladimir Klitschko to win the IBF, WBA, IBO and WBO crowns in December 2015 after being handed a drugs ban and stripped of his licence by the British Boxing Board of Control.

Fury is only a year or two older than Joshua so the possibility of him returning is basically going to be present for Joshua's whole career. I personally don't believe we've seen the last of Fury in a boxing ring, but when he'll actually fight again is anyone's guess. The longer he's out, the more ability he will lose, so I hope he's back sooner rather than later

I think Joshua is getting better so the fight i'm not as confident on Fury as I was early 2016.

I need to see him in camp, and at least a tune-up or 2 before I can decide if Fury still has it or not.

Either way I'd like to see the fight as even Fury at 60% of the one that beat Klitschko is still top 5 at least.

Fury might come back as some sort of circus freak. A bloated colonel kurtz type of character that people only watch for a laugh. He dosen't have the guts or heart to get himself in shape to ever seriously challenge AJ. But who knows, a fat fury and schadenfreude might sell a hell of a lot of tickets.

I just don't see him coming back. With all the obstacles in his way and he points out quite a lot that he's not motivated anymore.

You okay with that but you have NO problem with him NOT fighting D.Wilder?
