                        Because of the surface and the way you are landing on it. When you land on it, it's moving. It's not the same as running outside AT ALL. I'm sure you know that by now.

                        Even if you don't run as much on a treadmill, they will slowly put wear and tear on your knees.

                        STAY AWAY FROM TREADMILLS!

                                no wonder my trainer didnt let me lose the weight on the treadmill smh.
