  • Comments Thread For: Hearn: Hard for Joshua to Leave UK When He Draws 90,000 Fans

Anthony Joshua would love to fight in the United States. But business is business, and Great Britain's biggest boxing star is a great gate attraction there. His last fight, an epic brawl with Wladimir Klitschko, drew a capacity crowd of roughly 90,000 to Wembley Stadium in London, and his next fight is expected to attract more than 75,000 fans to Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales.

The heavyweight home of boxing is England .If the Americans want to raise their game and fight the best in the world this is where it's at.

A.J. earns millions and fills stadiums throughout the UK . .Fights on PPV and is adored by millions why on earth would he go to America to fight any of their mediocre fighters when he has more competition right here at home.

If Wilder wants to make a name for himself he should come to where it's at.I remember last time he came he was hammered by David Haye in sparring maybe that still frightens him away.

That won't help him in the ring.

            He is ducking.

Wilder calls him out....his promoter hides him behind Dillion Whyte.

Drawing 90,000 hard-up drunkards won't help him WIN.

I think he's prob scared too, or at least Hearn messing up his rep with the blatent diverting of this fight. Wilder though knew he had to fight Stiverne months ago so it's pointless waiting till your both tied up to start calling Josh out. They'll fight hopefully next year summer latest.

Boohoo. We are afraid to test Joshua 'Global-Superstar' image: Canelo Alvarez would spank us on PPV in America, but we wont tell the public that we NEED Deontay Wilder to be a hit in the Meca of Boxing, U.S.A.

This is all true. Fight in the UK and earn upwards of £20m. Or fight in America for a fraction of that. At the other end of the scale, the Millers and Wilders of the world will make career-best paydays home or abroad against AJ.

England Fans support Joshua big time by showing up

Wilder has no fan base in America as Wilder is unknown and unliked and just plain ****** and dumb. Joshua lives in the UK which has no real Pro Sports which makes Joshua a true sports hero. Boxing is King in England but 9th rANKED IN aMERICA. If Joshua can make the same money in the UK why come to America?? Makes no sense. Wilder would fall anyway. Wilder couldn;'t find England on any map/
