It looks like he has a little too much in common with RJJ.

Yeah no it doesn't. And it looks like he doesn't have RJJ power which he had at the lower weight classes ie MW and SMW. At SMW he was 9-0 with 7 KOs.

His chin looked pretty bad but maybe it was just a early career fight. Alot of fighters have been hurt early in there careers and some good ones have been dropped

Ward's young but I really can't see him being a factor. He really doesn't have much power and at that weight that's not good. He doesn't remind of RJJ, he reminds me of David Reid.

Ya took the words right out of my mouth, he may just have a little more speed than Reid though.

Remeber that Hopkins lost his first fight as a pro. Ward definitly needs time to developm and it would be better if he wasn't on TV right now, but I won't count him out at all.

When fighting pro its going to take time to adjust, in the amateurs he wasnt getting hit like that because of the headgear and in the gym he isnt getting his clocked clean. He probably gets a shock up his spine when hit but he will eventually adjust once he is more accustomed to the open punches.
