I think J Rock is skilled enough to compete with the best of them at 154, it all comes down to the mental aspect of the game, if he can really bounce back from that loss mentally then he can give Jermell a lot of problems and maybe even win, but until he shows me something at the high level i'll clearly favor Jermell to beat him.

Some fighters never bounce back after such devastating losses early in their career, some bounce back even better, it's all up to J Rock.

True, we have to wait and see how he comes back. It would be nice if people stopped writing off everyone after a loss. Let's give the man a chance to prove his worth without campaigning for his failure.

to me its about quality of opp anyone can get caught in 1st rd or something like that.i NEVER punish a fighter that loses to another top fighter.

Sure, but the fight was competitive while it lasted. Julian may have been put down by a jab, but so was Clottey, and he doesn't have a weak chin.

I just think we're being overly critical of Julian for his loss instead of giving Jermall enough credit. It's a shame Jermall's last opponent didn't seem to be at his best, because Jermall looked very sharp in that fight as well.
