Comments Thread For: Kal Yafai Aims To Make Statement, Land on Next Superfly Card

Kal Yafai says he will send out a statement to the Super-Flyweight division that he's coming for all the belts when he defends his crown against unbeaten mandatory challenger Sho Ishida at Principality Stadium in Cardiff on Saturday (October 28) live on Sky Sports Box Office. Yafai puts the strap on the line for the second time and against a second opponent from the land of the rising sun having been taken 12 rounds by the gritty Suguru Muranaka in May.

You know Kal Yafai should fight in America just like James Degale, two of the best that UK has to offer but do they appreciate them ( these Brits) ? NO.

All we hear about is that coward Anthony Joshua, how embarrassing that Kal whos not making half the money that A.J makes fighting better opponents is now headed to the U.S.A and ACKNOWLEDGES America as the premiere platform in boxing ; but the overrated overpaid HYPE-JOB is terrified to do what little Kali is already set his mind to do.....now these are the facts and this is why I can respect a James Degale and Kal Yafai.

You got it twisted man. This is what Wilder should be doing. Yafai recognises the money and the best fights will become available if he fights in the US. His division is big business in the US. All those guys would rather be fighting at home, but theyre making the sacrifice to prove themselves.

Heavyweight the money is all in the UK, but Wilder hasn't got the balls to do what these superflyweights are doing

Also look what Hearns doing. Goes against what all your scrolljob cohorts have been waffling on about daily, Hearn willing to allow his boxers to appear on other promoters shows to get them good fights. Hearn does it more than any other, American promoters should try it more, theres a reason he got a step on them all.

This fight with Deontay Wilder makes money anywhere on the planet -- I'm not going to entertain your arguement as a real fan I dont care who makes more ( I'm not getting a cent from this fight), frankly I think its pitiful that fans namely UK fanboys are acting like promoters trying to manage Deontays career but in reality they are just justifying stalling this fight

-- I never seen that in the HW division, the fact that Wilder is a champion should be enough to land him a unification-- but maybe I'm crazy.
