haggler lost to one guy in prime and that was Monroe 1st fight but knocked him out twice within year and half.and fight was close and haggler was sup sick[although that does come from hags people] he cleaned out all those philly 160 pounders who could fight like hell.monroe,watts,hart and of coure the best of lot Briscoe[who was a little past his best at that point]
