Which time period are you referring to regarding Lara, surely not last year?

People seem to forget this guy's last competitive opponent was Vanes Matirosyan (and before that Canelo). First fight was a draw, second could've went either way too.

Charlo will win. His age will show. He's been fighting scrubs for a reason.
Then why Charlo did not Ko Martirosyan. Btw first fight Vanes quit with a small cut second was not even close, total domination in Lara style.

There is a reason Charlo do not want to fight him.

Over the last three years Lara has fought Ishe, Delvin Rodriguez, Jan Zaveck, rematched Vanes, Yuri Foreman, and Gausha

That's one quality opponent in over three years (that being Vanes)

Jermell has switched trainers and has brought a new approach to the ring. Since that time, he fought Jackson (for the vacant belt), Hatley (mandatory), and Lubin (mandatory). He hasn't had the opportunity to fight Lara yet.

We'll see what happens next. I prefer the Lara fight next but as long as there is a unified/undisputed champ at 154 by 2019 I'm cool. Regardless of who that person is.

I expect it to come next. Espinoza already stated the next 154 card will have a unification fight. Hurd fights a mandatory and Lara - Charlo make it happen. Think Showtime wont allow any other result. Think they're running the superflyweight formula on this one. We shall see.
Oh I've been watching and keeping up on ALL of boxing. Believe me!
And I never said they were worried.
All I said was do you think Charlo will respond to Lara and fight him next??
Are you not reading my posts??
            WTF?

At this point yes, just because they talk so much. But I'm very interested to see how this is handled. I hope they let them fight next and get it over with.

                I agree with you.
I hope your right and they fight next.
Do you think this will effect the other Charlo's relationship with Shields and Lara?

Yup, I think Shields leaves Lara or risk losing the other twin to James.

A risk adverse man would go with the younger fighter. But who knows how it'll play out.

I see how you left out Canelo. Lara fought Canelo 3 years ago. Two fights before Canelo was Trout and Angluo.

I don't think its easy for Lara to get fights anyways and I think thats the REASON. He even said so in Andrade article, did he not?

Canelo was 3.5 years ago (May 2014). But I'm not buying that "hard to make fights" stuff. All of Haymon's top 154 guys have crossed paths but Lara. Don't know why but three years of b.s. doesn't work in his favor.
