    Former IBF super featherweight champion Gervonta Davis (19-0, 18 KOs) is not going to fight again this, but he is going to stand trial on a misdemeanor second-degree assault charge. According to the Baltimore Sun, Davis appeared for a hearing this morning Baltimore District Court and received the trial date. The state dropped a felony first-degree assault charge. The second-degree assault charge carries a maximum potential sentence of 10 years and/or a $2,500 fine.

    If you have a bodyguard with you, then why are you fighting??? Isn't the bodyguards sole purpose in life is to make sure the person he's protecting doesn't have to fight???

              This dude better get his shhh together. Floyd might as well take him and force him to live in the middle of nowhere so he can't get in trouble. He's going to fk up his career fast at this rate. This isn't the first time he's caught up in some shhh either.

                  If you're from the hood, or know anything about the hood, you know that no one just get "Suckered punched" like this. I'm sure this dude had a bigger role in this scuffle than their letting on. regularly, you would catch the ass whooping and keep it moving, but since this is one of the hottest prospect in boxing, making a ton of $$, Of course anyone will find a reason to file a civil suit against him. He needs to get out of the hood, point blank. This will continue to happen if he doesn't.
