Demetrius Hopkins was facing Michael Warrick. Warrick was actually putting on a decent show and D-Hop wasn't doing much in the way of pace or activity. In the 9th then... jab, jab, straight right Bam. A gigantic right hand on the chin. Nighty-night for Warrick.

**** I didn't think Hopkins has any power, he showed some in this fight.

      Oscar interview is coming next.

Warrick was out cold. Definatly one of the best KO's of the year. Hopkins needed a KO badly too and he pulled it off flawlessly. Great set up as well, he set it up perfectly with that left jab.

that was a good punch, but im extremely unimpressed with DHOP. as far as im concerned, he was losing the fight up 'till that point.

I think he can be good, but he isnt agressive at all. He acts like an old fighter already. And he fights like hes got no ring experience. he was clueless what to do when his derrick injured his leg.

But ill give him a year or 2 before he gets good and gets a title fight

up till that point that was the worst d hop has looked in a while, warrick was a little awkward though, and demetrius had to sweat off some weight at the weigh in. perfect right hand though, he has knocked out 4 out of his last 5 opponents.
