He's done man, I'm a big fan of Pac but it's time, a prime Pac would blow Horn away in 6 rounds. He had Horn out on his feet in that fight and couldn't pull the punches to finish him.

I thought Horn won 115-113. I can see a close decision either way. Regardless Pac looked terribly shot that night. He's undoubtedly an ATG fighter but needs to hang 'em up now and allow Crawford to step in and take Horn's belt.
