Takam hasnt the power or skill to counter punch to discourage AJ, this is a much easier fight than Pulev I understand why Hearn is happier.

Garbarge fight Takam might well go the distance as he wont aim to knock Joshua just survive the full 12 rounds and that will be his claim to fame if he can

This isn't Hearn's, AJ's or Sky's fault... it's the IBF's.. They have no choice but to accept the mandatory, and with Pulev out it goes to Takam.. so if your going to be angry at anyone throw your toys at the IBF... If Takam does ok with AJ watch for the hype to build for AJ vs Parker

No the deal was made for takam to be a back up opponent when pulev signed the fight.

Takam will be more competitive than Pulev but he still gets iced just the same. There isn't a heavyweight right now that can beat Joshua. Maybe in a few years if Joshua is still around someone will come along to challenge him.

Can't believe so many people aren't giving Takam respect. He went toe to toe in an epic war with hulked out Povetkin, gave Parker and Perez all they could handle and beat Tony Thompson when he was still good. I love AJ, but I think this is a dangerous fight, moreso than Pulev because of the stylistic matchup. I can envision a scenario where Takam wins by KO
