This was my first thought. Chisora is a Hearn fighter now too, makes it quite easy. He's due to fight in November, so he's already in training. He's a name in the UK too. Pulev in almost unknown here.

I could see him being brought in. It's not like Hearn would need to justify it too much either, with it being a late replacement.
