I say Mayweather. He's been turned down by Lazcano, Freitas, Gatti for a long time, Hatton, Cotto, and Oscar for whatever reason.

I still dont understand the avoiding Margarito stuff but maybe someone can help me. If he moves up to 154 anyone would fight him. People love to say that Floyd has avoided him even though Floyd has only had 2 fights at 147 and both were designed to be for the Undisputed title.

He wasnt nobody when Tito, Oscar, Mosley, and Forrest were winning. Mayorga, Spinks, and Zab couldve fought him but they were all Don King fighters and he wanted them to fight eachother.

I love it how people considers that as ducking but all promoters make it so there guys fight eachother and that way they can keep all the money.

Again, when a guy cant get fights then they all change divisions. He can go to 154 and get a ton of big fights but he wont go because he knows that he wont have the "huge" size advantage that he has at 147 and cant even beat the easiest guy up there in Santos. You think Karmazin, Ouma, Quartay, and all these guys wont fight him? Do you really think a guy like Spinks is scared of Margarito? Margarito is the type of guys that a guy like Spinks dreams about. He will come straight at him all night and Spinks can show his complete boxing skills and make him look dumb. Im not saying that will happened but thats what Spinks thinks will happened so if someone says that Spinks is scared of him then thats insane

mayweather isnt even close to being the most avoided. every fighter wants him. Margarito has been avoided by mayweather, and nobody wants him at all.

I might also say winky wright early on in his career. Big fighters didnt want to fight him because they thought he wasnt good enough, and lower level fighters couldnt look good against his amazing defense so they didnt fight Wright either.

Promoters were even avoiding this guy...

But right now, i would say margarito

Margarito without a doubt. He's just too big for welter.
