I called it when Vargas beat Ali, but I'm going to make a bold prediction and I'm going to pick Ali by 117-111

I'm trying who got luckier Sadam Ali fighting a first ballot hall of famer for the title or Slava fighting next to Andre Ward the most dominate light heavyweight in the last 5 years for the title??

Both are talented but extremely fortunate to get these chances.

Why do you trolls say 'cherry pick'? Cotto has been fighting everybody since the start of his career not ducking anybody like your favorite fighter probably does. He's fought the best fighters this era of boxing has to offer, 4 division champ, and I don't care if he lost big fights, he's still fought them all. If he wants Ali in his last fight who gives a shlt.

He always lost in his biggest fights Margarito, Pacquiao, Mayweather and Canelo.

His best win was against an aging Mosley, and a crippled Martinez.

Still a solid fighter. Trout upset him a couple of years ago.

Guys, fault him for leaving himself open, but the first shot that knocked him down was a nuke that landed clean, kinda like the Bradly one but straighter and harder. He got up from that to take some more and was on his feet when the ref stopped it...

Nobody who lost to Jesse vargas is going to beat Miguel Cotto.
