Brook's own promoter said that Brooks accepted the same exact offer that was made to Eubanks. So all this bull***** about ridiculous demands is just that. Bull*****. The only one making ridiculous demands was Eubanks and it cost him the fight.

Secondly, how many ****ing times does it need to be explained. There is a big difference between settling on Brook and actively choosing Khan. GGG tried to get Eubanks but settled for Brooks. Canelo could pick anyone he wanted. He could have given Lara a rematch. He could have fought one of the Charlo's. No. He chose Khan. At least Brook was a champion at welterweight. Khan hasn't held a belt since he left 140.

Believe what you want to believe but the facts are the facts whether you believe them or not. Chris Eubanks Jr was the original target for the fight. That's a fact. The fight had an HBO date set. That's a fact. The fight had the 02 Arena in London set as a venue on that date. Fact. When Eubanks started dragging his feet the whole event was put at risk. Brook stepped in, accepted the very same deal that was offered to Eubanks and the event was saved.

Could he have just fought someone else? Yes but that would have meant starting negotiations over from scratch. None of these guys would have wanted to fight in England and headlining a fight against any of them wouldn't have made sense for England anyway. GGG wanted to fight 3 times that year and for that to happen he would have needed to keep the September date. Its just a shame Danny Jacobs then dragged his feet in negotiations which killed any chance they had for a fight in December of that year. All the more reason why the Brook fight was the lesser of two evils.

And there you go again. Accusing me of saying something that I clearly did not say. The Lara and Ward things have been thoroughly explained. You can't duck people who talk ***** from different weight classes. The Cotto thing has been thoroughly explained. He had the chance to fight GGG. He moved up to GGG's division. Once he lost his belt he lost his will to stay at 160 and ran away again. He spent the final year of his career fighting Yoshirio Kamegai and Sadam Ali. Cotto wanted nothing to do with GGG.

He called Lara's bluff. Lara challenged him but chose to fight a series of no-hopers at 154 instead.

Golovkin made a bunch of childish excuses, and then fought a bum..... just like he did when Mora, Ward, and Cotto, called him out..... Golovkin said that Willie Monroe is a bigger draw

in fact ward fought paul smith...and let smith weigh in at 176 for a lhw fight.....ward himself weighed in at 171..keeping himself between 175 and 168 in case he had to go back....he had every intent on making the golovkin fight...problem was the other side had 0 interest because they feared it
