he did it against williams and angulo. Played with vanes and ginger... But I agreed that he should had being more active against ginger...

I thought the clearly won the Williams matchup but even in that fight I thought he held back and should have done more. He was rocking Williams and landing clean and hard, if he had just been a bit more daring and active he would have knocked him out and took it out of the hands of the judges. Obviously it's wrong that they robbed him, but he should've been able to stop Williams since he was hitting him so much. It seemed like he landed almost every time he let his hands go.

The "Lara lost b/c he ran" argument is really poor imo. Yes he moved a lot, but I don't think Canelo did anything to deserve a "win" that night either.

I thought the fight shouldve been judged for Lara or called a draw. But i still can't see how anybody could say Canelo "won" and be taken seriously. He just didn't do anything that night. I get the frustration from fans but Canelo landed nothing in that fight and caught at least 30 - 40 left hands to the face. It wasn't a good night for him at all. Although Lara was very frustrating to watch.

What rounds are people giving to Canelo that night? Youd be hard pressed to find 7 on that film imo.

I thought he could ko him too. Still he won the fight clearly and easy... perro press him more than anyone and paid for it. Granted the fight was on a very small ring and even he got a clause, only him about 10lbs re-hydration clause. He still make the warrior quit.

We all know that Canelo has had quite a few overly favorable scorecards in the Floyd(amazing, he was completely outclassed), Trout, Lara and now GGG fights.
