From the article it sounded like he admitted to hiring her as his publicist. Although it took them going to court to figure that out.

He hired her to set up his foundation, but it seems there was a PR clause that she is trying to exploit. These dirty biches are leeches. He admitted to hiring her, but she is saying that he hired her as a publicists and all the foundation work is basically secondary or just what publicist do.

It sounded to me like he was trying to say that but pulled back and said he hired her as a pubicist in general not just for this one thing.

Weird situation like I said doe cuz idk that trainers really need a pubicist and how could you be forced to have someone work for you another 2 years after you claimed you didn't wanna hire her in the first f#cking place.

Can a court require you to not fire or lay someone off that you don't need????? Sr a f#cking dummy if he signed some 3 year deal with her that he can't get out of.

I think he went in with good faith and never read the contract or conditions. I have had it with these unscrupulous people. Never signed anything immediately and if you can afford it, hire a lawyer to read over the contract.

However, I do think the miscommunications is that he just wanted someone to help him with his foundation, and her, as a professional publicists, might have felt he was hiring her as a professional publicist, while he felt he was just hiring an assistant to help him out with his foundation.
