This fight is everything I predicted. Hurd is strong and rangey, and that's about it. Trout is smart and has movement. He just can't get complacent because young, strong guys get WAY too much credit from the judges.

Trout is schooling the big kid, but that dude is tough and comes forward all night, reminds me of Cotto Margarito I. Very entertaining fight.

For all that Hurd lacks, people are overlooking the fact that Hurd can put Trout down with one shot and is the stronger, bigger guy. Trout needs to fight a near perfect fight the rest of the rounds.

Trout is the better boxer, but Hurd is just too big and too strong and is not fazed by Trout's power. I felt the power edge would be the difference here and it's proving to be the case.
