..the reason a lot of the top fighters didn't want the fight is because they didn't agree with DLH's/Cotto's B.S. terms,
little money, and fighting Cotto in NY...already in the bag...sucks for anyone...sucks especially for Ali...

              Cotto v Sadam Ali?

Man, this is certainly a head scratcher.
But then again head scratchers are more the rule than the exception in boxing.

Why not go ahead and just retire.

We all know Cotto got the most out of a long and successful career, he really doesn't owe anyone anything and is one of the few who may go out on a high note, or a win more so. I think once he lost to Trout he knew his best days were behind him, and he got as much as he could out of his final fights. Thanks Miguel, much love.

Terrible fight for a legend that still has it. He´s always been a bit of a dive and coward, though.

Dumb @ss fight. What's the point of tuning in to Miguel Cotto any more. Guy is just milking all of this. Win or lose, he better retire. If it's some "sensational" performance over Malinaggi's protege Sadam, and he insists on continuing his career, then fight a hungry hyped man killer looking to make his bones like Spence, Crawford, Thurman, Charlo, Golovkin or h*ll even Garcia (Danny not Mikey!).
