I don't know much about this but the obvious question is did Nelly really **** her? Or did she have sex with Nelly?

Mayweather paid her to accuse Nelly of **** so he could try to win Ms Jackson back. That said, of course any potential victim shouldn't just be dismissed and it should be investigated. At the same time, i believe anybody that gets found to be fabricating these **** cases (which is a lot) should be given the same jail term that they would give the attacker if they had done it.

Yet the falsely accused has a stigma attached to him, there was also no anonymity for the case, so if you google his name you could find articles linking him to it. Even if he was found innocent, it's still not good to have a case like that attached to you.

Quite the contrary. Floyd made threats to Lou Cipher on instagram a few years ago and Lou Cipher offered for him to meet at Toccos gym which is neutral. Floyd sent 2 pound Forbes over to see if Lou Was there thinking that I didn't know who Stevie was even though I used to drive him home from the gym 2-3 days a week, then Floyd didnt show up LOL I have the whole thing on video.
