Cox is pretty sloppy and gets cut/causes cuts due to head butts in a bunch of his fights. I can see a righty-lefty clash of heads that causes a cut on Groves, and ****ing with his game plan. A bad cut coupled with Groves needing a spectacular finish to stay on par with Eubank could make things interesting.
